JOIN US FOR A JOURNEY OF DISCOVERY
The final week in the life of Jesus Christ covers a broad spectrum of emotions: from jubilation and joyful praise during His triumphal entry into Jerusalem, the agony of His crucifixion, and the shock His friends likely experienced when they found His tomb empty on Sunday morning.
As we look at the days leading up to Jesus’ resurrection, we’ll hear the miraculous stories about His life and death and realize we must address this question:
Do we believe it?
Our answer changes everything.
ABOUT OUR PRESENTER
CHAD N. STUART
M.Div, D.Min
Chad has served as the Senior Pastor of Spencerville Church since September 2014. He earned his undergraduate degree in theology from Southern Adventist University in Chattanooga, Tennessee, and a Master of Divinity (M.Div) from Andrews University Theological Seminary in Berrien Springs, Michigan.
In 2023, Chad completed his Doctor of Ministry (D.Min) in Church Revitalization from Southern Baptist Theological Seminary in Louisville, Kentucky.
Chad is married to Christina, and they have three boys: Dayton, Landon, and Levi. In his free time, he enjoys reading, running, and spending time with his family.
WHAT PEOPLE ARE SAYING
I've been a Christian my entire life, but it was the story of Jesus' life in the Gospel of Matthew that got my attention. I realized that I'd been going through the motions. This series got me back on track. I've put Jesus first, and day by day I'm finding joy again.
I was raised going to church but hadn't been since high school. Hearing the account of Jesus' life—and even more, His death—really got my attention. It was like I'd heard it for the first time. I realized that I couldn't have a neutral opinion about Jesus. He is either God or a lunatic claiming to be God. There's no middle ground.
This was the first time I've responded to a flyer I'd received in the mail. Let's just say I was skeptical. "One night," I said to myself, but I ended up going back every evening. I was warmly welcomed and made a few new friends. I'm glad I went!
